How do in incorporate several different PowerPoint presentations .

Several people have e-mailed different PowerPoint presentations that I must
incorporate into one presentation. How do I move the different presentations
from email to a file and then put the presentations together?
 
Do you have PowerPoint? What version? Do the presentations use a common
template?
