Any way to reinstall the network connections wizard ?
Folder contents have disappeared, cannot get properties on
anything in device manager nor any services.
System restore and help inop.
nothing or nothing unusual reported by adaware, tauscan,
cwshredder, hijackthis and rootkit revealer.
--RamDrive is NOT a harddisk installation method.

You do not need to re-install it. It does not normally get removed from your
system. Only the Desktop icon gets removed. Here is the full path to where
to find it:

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Connection Wizard

Thanks, it was there but once I got past entering the isp
phone number I get unhandled exception 0x000000c5.
I give up, gonna have to reinstall from scratch again.
