Move the content of "p2" to the message page?
I created a form, but the text never showed up on the "message" page wen
e-mailed. So, I created it on P2..... surprise! It's there when e-mailed but
on P2....what do I need to do to get everything on one page.

By default your message page has a separate layout for reading and composing.
You need to add your custom text to the Read layout as well as the Compose
layout to make it appear when it is emailed. You can read it on P.2 because
the other pages default to a single layout for Composing and Reading.

The option to edit the Read layout should be visible on one of the toolbars
while in edit mode. The option to have separate Compose and Read layouts is
