How do I write inclined text in a picture in excel sheet?

I have made excel sheet which contains a diagram. in that diagram I want to
write inclined text. if I write text in a text box and rotate it, the box
rotates but text not.
 
What type of diagram are you speaking about?

Might be easier to copy the diagram to MS Paint or similar graphics editing
application.

Add your inclined text bring back into Excel.
