How do I write an "if" formula in Excel that if true it shades that cell a
specified color?

By using a real newsreader instead of MicroSoft's crappy web interface which
frequently causes errors.

Use Outlook Express and point it at msnew.microsoft.com, and search for
*.excel.*.

Tools | Conditional Formatting - piece o'cake, and of course really has little to do with FrontPage
