how do I wrap text in Outlook 2007 message window?

Email messages do not wrap. They go on and on horizontally. I have set
preferences to wrap. It still doesn't wrap. I am running Outlook 2007 in
Windows XP professional.

In html or rich text. I know that it works fine in plain text, but it seems
to work like Outlook 2003 when running Outlook 2007 on an exchange server (at
work) or in Vista. Is there no way to fix this? Microsoft never provided
support for this problem.
