How do I word wrap Calendar events when I print a Calendar?

I just started using Outlook 2007. However, the new Outlook Calendar does
not word wrap an event description as it appears online once I print out the
calendar. All of the events are truncated, e.g., an event for November 16
might read "Dinner with L..." once it is printed out, while the online
calendar displays the entire event description as "Dinner with Lisa". I hope
I'm making myself clear. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

It should print it the same as it displays it onscreen, provided there is
enough room. The calendar printing assistant will do a better job for the
most part. A link to is is here:

Blufre,

I read your question on line about Outlook 2007 not word wrapping. I am having the same problem, I did not have this problem when we were printing from Outlook 2003 but once we were upgraded I have had a terrible time getting everything to show up. I have downloaded the Printer Assistance but I still can not get the calendar to print weekly style (the only style our Director prefers) to show all the wording for each appointment.

Also, one other problem we are having, in Outlook 2003 you could add FYI appointments and they showed up as banners at the top of that particular day, in 2007 they all show up as 12:00 – 12:00 appointments which also takes up more space because they are listed downward. Any thoughts or solutions on this as well?

Has anyone figured out yet how to word wrap in the calendar. I just started using Office 2007, and this is very frustrating.
