how do i view voting buttons on an outgoing message ?

when i set up a message for a large distribution & want to use voting
buttons, once you select voting buttons, there is no visual indication on my
message (for me). I would have to go back to View / Options and see that it
was selected. By time i have written my sometimes voluminous message, i
forget to add the buttons & have no visual reminder. Is there a way to set
up my outgoing message so i see the buttons option enabled or disabled?

No. Voting buttons are visible only on sent and received messages, not unsent messages.
