how do I view text on top of a movie playing in powerpoint

I am trying to make a presentation that has a video playing in the background
with text on top of it. However, when the video starts, the text always
moves behind the video. Is there a way to maintain the text on top of the
video?
 
Video plays on top of everything except activx objects
You can either incorporate the text into the video or use Austin Myers
methosd with activX

Our site here has a simple tutorial on adding text to video and there's also
a link to Austin's method
