How do I view Sent items older than what is in sent folder?

I am looking for an award write-up I did on a coworker a few months ago. I
cannot locate it but I know I sent it to my boss and he received it. My sent
folder only goes back to 5/19/06 and I believe I need to go back to April.

The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever e-mail program you
