How do I view linked webpages in an email?

There is some kind of block on my system and I cannot view a linked webpage
in an email I received. Do I just add the sender to my receivers list? How
do I enable some links that Outlook thinks are unsecure?
 
Is the mail item in your Junk Email folder? A lot of features are turned off
in items stored there.

what is the message you receive when you click on the link.
when you specify its insecure , do u receive any yello bar or option to
click on.
start>run>outlook /safe >what happens.
use ctrl+click on the link >what happens.

No, this was not in the Junk Email Folder. It did have a message I missed
the first time through asking if I wanted to turn on links. After right
clicking on the message and saying yes, it worked fine. Thanks. ;-) Pat
 
I tried again this morning and noticed an option bar (not yellow) asking if I
wanted to turn on links. After right clicking on that, the link worked fine.
