How do I view in the contact area if they are on distribution list

Need help trying to set up my contacts and distribution lists

I set up the lists, but can not see how to view from an individual if they
are on a list.
I can only see on the distribution contact information.

Is there a way to view from my personal contact information

That's because Outlook provides no way to do that.
