HOw do I view HTML messages?

I'm having trouble ...for some reason I can't view HTML messages...none of
the images show...any ideas on how to fix this problem? Im pretty sure I
have things set right, but, then again...it's not working.
 
Version of Outlook? Does the message text show? What is shown instead of the
images?

-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
 
I am using MS Office 2000. The message text does show up. Instead of HTML
image a red X appears.
