How do I view an email as a contact card?

I am trying to get the emails in a public folder, which seem to have contact
info, to a contact card view. I've tried changing it in current view, define
view, but it does not give the option of contact card.

Email messages do not have contact card info, at least none that you can
display simply by changing the view to an address card view. You can create
a card view, but it will only show those fields that exist in the email
item, not fields in related contacts.
