How do I view/access the second sheet of labels for a mailing?

I am preparing a mailing and need to spill over into a second sheet of
lables...Having completed the last label on the first sheet, the cursor does
not move to the next sheet.

If you've created your labels by using the "New Document" button in the
Labels dialog, then you get just one sheet. It's set up as a table, and you
can extend it as you would any other table by pressing Tab in the last label
to get a new row. If the labels are the type that use narrow separator rows,
then you will not be able to duplicate these just by creating new rows;
you'll have to copy/paste the entire page.

For mailings that require more than one sheet of labels, however, a mail
merge is generally advised. If you have already created a mail merge and are
seeing just a single page, then that's because you have propagated the
labels and "previewed" the merge but not actually completed it. You must
complete the merge (using Merge to New Document or Merge to Printer) before
more sheets will be created.
