how do i veiw web address links in outlook

when ever someone sends me a web address link i try to follow that link .
when i click the link i get a dialog box instead of the actual web page. the
only way i can veiw the page is to cut and paste the link into my browser. i
should be able to just click on it

Assuming your browser is Internet Explorerm start it and click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
