I am creating a spread Sheet That calculates meter usage. I enter the
numbers from Left to Right using This function in The Row underneath The
Input Row- =D3-C3 When D3 is blank The answer is a Negative Number. for
example C3 has 43916 entered in it so The answer below D3 is -43916 I want it
to read 0 until I enter a Number into it how do I do it
