How do I use Outlook with roaming profiles ?

I have roaming profiles on win SBS 2003. How do I set up outlook 2003 on
each pc so it creates one profile and outlook.ost in the profile folder for
each user so they can go to different pcs and get the same email ?

If the profiles are roaming, then the mail profile information already roams with the Windows profile. If you have new users without a mail profile, use the Custom Maintenance Wizard to create a deploy a .prf file to set up the profile the first time the user starts Outlook. Details are in the Office Resource Kit.

Note that you shouldn't be using Cached Exchange mode with roaming profiles. To do so requires that a new .ost be created on every workstation and populated. Better to have the user connect in the classic onliine mode.

Try using Outlook Profiler to make it easy and safe.
