how do i use out of office assistant

How do I set up (1) Outlook and (2) Outlook Express e-mail to automatically
reply to incoming mail to notify sender that I'm away from office for a week
and will not be checking my e-mail? I've received messages like this, but
don't know how to set up my terminal to do it. My computer uises Outlook, and
another in the office uses Outlook Express, and we both want to do it.
 
In Outlook go to Tools and use the Out Of Office
assistant. It will walk you through it. Outlook Express
may not have the feature - anyone else know?
