Automatic Reply to e-mail while away from office

How do I set up (1) Outlook and (2) Outlook Express e-mail to automatically reply to incoming mail to notify sender that I'm away from office for a week and will not be checking my e-mail? I've seen this used but don't know how to set it up for my own use. (Two of our computers uses Outlook and the other two use Outlook Express.)
 
Don't know about OE; this is an Outlook newsgroup :-) You may be able to
find an answer on this for OE at http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com, or you
could ask in an OE newsgroup (the aforementioned website tells you how to
find them).
