How do I use NAVY BLUE Color in MS Word 2003?

Use it for what? Word offers the same color palette for fonts, shading, and
the fill of AutoShapes (including text boxes). In all of those, the standard
palette contains a shade named "Dark Blue." If that is not dark enough to
suit you, you can click More Colors and use the slider on the Custom tab to
make it darker.

Select the text you want in navy and change the color. I suspect you omitted
some detail because that's a pretty common task. Are you having a problem?
