how do i use gridlines when creating letterheads

hi
i want to create a letterhead using gridlines to create my boundaries but
only allowing one double gridline to show and i dont know where to start!
the template should consist of 4-5 cells with different font size in each
cell one cell should be left empty for space and the text in each cell should
be aligned differently.
please is there anyone out there who can help me
