How do I use a macro in Outlook?

I have need to run a simple macro when writing new messages in Outlook. I
have created the macro in Word. When creating a new message in Outlook, the
only way I can find to access the macro is to use "Alt-F8", which brings up
the macro window, then select the macro I want run, then click on the "RUN"
button. Is there any way to assign the macro to a toolbar button that will
always be there when I start a new message?
