I Downloaded a Mario Kart Double Dash Theme, But I Dont Know How To Use It, Its Name is mariokartDD.sdtheme and its an sdtheme file, Now Where Do I Put It And How Do I Use It?

AFAIK, you need a theme manager, or replace uxtheme.dll
