how do I update a 2003 event calendar planner to 2005 calendar

I am trying to create a calendar for multiple courses I oversee, to include
the course dates and tasks required weeks before the course dates. I have
selected a template that seems to be what I need but it is a 2003 calender.
How do I update it to 2005? Help please!
 
Access is part of Office. I'm guessing this is Word or Power Point. In
either case, you are in the wrong newsgroup.
