how do I uninstall business contact manager

I installed outlook with business contact manager but I just want to use the
regular outlook 2003, how do I undo the business contact manager?
 
Right click on the Business Contact Manager .pst and then select Close. If
you want to completely uninstall it, use Control Panel.
