How do I undo unchecking "Allow full menus" in Access?

I unchecked "Allow full menus" in the Startup dialog (Tools menu) in an
Access database, and now I can't get back into the Startup dialog to undo the
change. I tried making a macro. I used the SetValue command to change the
item "AllowFullMenus" to True, but I got an error saying, "Microsoft Access
can't find the name 'AllowFullMenus' you entered in the expression. The only
way I can think of to fix this is to take an old backup copy and import all
the objects I changed into that file. Is there a faster way?
