How do I "undo" an automatic program association with a USB device

I have accidentally selected to have the same program open up each time I plug in my USB camera and I'd like to have the choice again of which program to use. I've looked everywhere and can't find any information on restoring the default option where I can choose which program to use.

Can anyone help? This is probably very easy to do and right under my nose... but I can't see how to do it!
