How do I Unblock image downloads in Outlook 2002

I am unable to find a way of unblocking image files downloaded to the
messages in Outlook 2002. In Outlook Express, I can view them within the
message body. Is there any way this can be made to do the same?
The Outlook 2002 is part of Office XP.
 
Have you tried changing the security features? Try:

Tools, Options,Security [TAB]
"Click on Change Automatic Download Settings" [button]

Now Untick the first item called "Don't download pictures and other content
automatically in HTML e-mail"
