How do I unaccepted track changes?

I have a problem. I accepted all track changes, saved the doc and sent it
off. Now, the people I sent it to want to see the changes. Is there any way
to reverse it?

No, but if you have the pre-change version around, you can merge and
compare. This won't show who made the changes, but it will show what the
changes are.
