2000 or 2003 terminal services questio

Once I shadow in to a users or console sessions is there a way to end that shadow session and set back to my original session? For example if I am in a remote session (id 1) and then I shadow into the console sessions (id 0) and now I want to end that session (ID 0) how do I get back without disconnecting all together

Typically this is a control key that is set prior to connecting to the
remote control session. I believe the default is CTRL+*

Hope this helps,
Sean
