How do I turn on/off windows remembers website passwords?

I can't remember how to do this, get the little box back that asks "Do you
want Windows to remember your password?"
 
In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, Content tab (IE7) AutoComplete
Settings, check prompt me to save passwords.
