How do I turn off the form fields in a word 2007 doc?

I was sent a document and all the check boxes show up as FORMCHECKBOX. I
knew how to fix this in previous versions of Word but 2007 has me flummuxed.

Alt+F9, the same as in previous versions... or if you really want to go to
the trouble, click the Office button, choose Word Options, click Advanced,
and uncheck the option to show field codes.
