How do I turn off the configure message?

Every time I open my MS Office. The configuration progress appeared and it
took me time to wait. Please to advice me how to turn it off. Thank you in
advance.
 
suggest you post to an Office newsgroup. this ng answers questions
specifically about MS Access relational database software.
