How do I troubleshoot outlook rule

I have created the rule and used a button "run the rule now" to verify if it
works. It worked to the point that in the outlook sent folder I found the
e-mail I planned to forward. However they have not been sent. I have
fowarded them manually and it worked correctly. What should be my next step?

.... To tell *us* what IS the rule that you defined. Review your post. Do
you really think that it tells anyone anything of what you did regarding the
definition of "the rule"?

When rules are ran manually, they execute on whatever folder you specify.
When rules run automatically, they only get exercised against items in the
Inbox.
