How do I trim the last five characters from a string?

Simple question, but all of the Ltrim, RTrim, Mid, InStr posts have my head
spinning. I simply want to remove the last five spaces. There are no
delimeters, or varying lengths, or any other calculations to determine, just
the 5 characters at the end.
