How do I transfer outlook express folders/data to outlook 2000?

I have been using Outlook Express for my e-mail. As you would expect I have
many saved e-mails in folders. I now want to use Outlook 2000 for my e-mail.
How do I get access to my saved folders/e-mails from express when using 2000?

Install and configure Outlook 2000 properly, then in Outlook Express click
File>Export>Messages.
