How do I transfer Outlook emails and contacts to another computer?

I just bought a new computer. My old one was running outlook 6 on XP and my
new one is Vista running Outlook 7 on Vista. How do I transfer all my data.

There is no such thing as "Outlook 6". You're speaking of Outlook Express
V6 and it is unrelated to Office Outlook except in name similarity.

There is no such application as "Outlook 7". Perhaps you mean Office
Outlook 2007. Please verify the applications your referencing ane post back
with an accurate description.
