How do I transfer my Frontpage 2003 to my new computer?

I recently purchased a new HP laptop to replace my old and dying Dell laptop.
I want to transfer Frontpage 2003 to my new laptop. I can't seem to find any
information on how to do this. The Frontpage I have is one I bought through
my college so it is the Student edition called the "MS Student Select
Frontpage 2003." It is Frontpage 2003 as a whole just with the Student name
slapped on it. So how exactly would I go about getting Frontpage 2003 on my
new laptop?

You must use the original CD to load it onto your new machine.

Uninstall it from your old laptop, make sure you know the CD key first, then
install it on your new laptop.
