How do I transfer addresses from Outlook Express to Outook?

I'm changing from Outlook Express to Outlook and want to import my address
list so I don't have to enter each one. I'm using XP.

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
Click Next. Select Outlook Express, uncheck everything but "Import Address
Book" and click Next. Select your duplicate handling preference and click
Finish.

For mail, in Outlook Express, click File>Export>Messages.
