How do I transfer addresses from one document to labels?

I need to transfer addresses typed in a regular blank page Word document,
into a blank labels Word document. Is there a quick way to do this without
having to copy and paste each address individually?

Is there a quick way? No.

Is there a quicker way? Yes. Mailmerge. Take a look at Graham Mayor's site.
