How do I clear address from blank document.

While trying label program in Word I caused my blank document to always open
with my mailing address in it. How do I clear this?
 
Close word, find and delete NORMAL.DOT. When you reopen word it will be
recreated. It's a hidden file, so make sure you have Explorer set to show
hidden and system files.
 
We don't advise people to delete Normal.dot, which can result in loss of
years of customization. Renaming is sufficient and allows users to retrieve
most customizations.
