How do I track sales?

I own a flea market that has several vendors. Each vendor brings in a wide
variety of items all the time, with different costs. I am looking for a
template that would allow me to input the description of the item sold, the
amount, and choose the vendor from a drop down box.
On the main form, it would be nice to be able to just enter all items sold
during one particular day and for each item be able to send it to a database
for each individual vendor.
I have seen the template for 'Inventory Control' and 'Oder Entry' which are
close, but I am not sure how to change some of the features to fit my needs.

You're looking for more of a Sales Management program. Check the MS website
for templates, you may find one that more closely matches what you're after:

There aren't many dropin templates for Access.
