I am curious if Windows XP Home and/or Pro, SP2 has a utility in it that will
tell its owner when the computer has been turned on, turned off, logged into,
or logged out of. I am curious so as to be able to monitor possible unwanted
computer activity after hours.

Sure, have you used or tried right clicking on My computer on your desktop or
in your start menu? once you do select manage then look at the Event Viewer,
check the System, and Security tabs in this it shows when the last login and
who logged in. please reply if this helped.

That is interesting to know.

James,

I right clicked on My Computer and went into the event viewer as you stated.
I am unclear as to what I am seeing in there though. There's a lot of
"codes," acronyms, numbers, events, etc and I don't fully understand what I'm
viewing. Is there a website or document somewhere that would help me better
understand what I'm seeing?

Thanks,
M Ridzon
