I use Outlook 2000 for my business email and Outlook Express for my personal.
As an example: When I click on an email link in the body of an email in my
Outlook it opens a new email using my personal Outlook Express program. How
do I have it open a new email from my business Outlook program instead when I
click on a email link?

There can only be _one_ standard mail client on your computer. Obviously
on your system Outlook Express is defined as standard so email-links
will be opened in Outlook Express. If you want use Outlook when you are
clicking on an email link you have to define Outlook as your standard
mail client
