How do I take out values in a combo box?

I have a designated field with a check box saying "sold" if the box is
checked it is sold if not then it is not sold. When I use the querie I made,
which does work properly when run, in the form it still shows all of the
chargers not just the unsold one. How can I make it so the combo box I
created just lists the unsold chargers in the drop down box? Thanks for you
time
 
How can you tell the difference between those that are sold and those that
are not?
