How do I synchronize laptops and cell phones

I have a few devices that I need to synchronize all the time. The
appointments and the contacts need to be updated daily with a laptop and
cell phones from one main desktop using Bluetooth. One of my Bluetooth
computers has a add-on for outlook, the others do not. Is there any way to
do this directly in outlook 2003?

It's usually dependent on the software that comes with the phones. Some
phones require a cable, some allow Bluetooth sync. Consult your owner
manual.
