Synchronize Phone

I need a phone that is able to Synchronize with outlook in both directions...
Any suggestions? I've used the Nokia 9300 and it's awful...

Sony Ericsson have good drivers and PC <-> Phone comms. support. I
actually write device drivers and I can tell their code is "ok". They
have an explorer shell add-on so you can drag and drop files to your
phone too. The Outlook Email integration is quite good.
