How do I sync Outlook 2003 with Outlook Web Access?

I want to sync my outlook calendar, contacts etc with Outlook Web Access. How
do I do this?
 
Ask your corporate IT support staff if they support RPC over HTTPS. (This
feature if very dependent on the right hardware and software being in place.
For example, you have to be running Windows XP with Service Pack 2. On the
server side, they have to be Exchange 2003 with Windows 2003 servers.)
