How do I sync my Yahoo email messages to specific Ms Outlook

I'd like to transfer myy email messages from yahoo to some specific folder in
ms outlook.

Like in yahoo i made folder of HOME BILLS the same folder i want to
synchronize and transer with previous message into ms outlook.

Yahoo doesn't offer IMAP, which is the only way to do this AFAIK...
